LIVING PAPER / LOCAL WORKBENCH

A paper that keeps its reasoning.

Release sections, propose corrections, freeze a protocol, and attach a reproducible calculation. This workbench stays in this browser; export backups before leaving.

Local receipts are not external preregistration. Reviewer names are self-reported. No Git server, DOI registration, hosted Python/R, E2EE, or automatic scientific claim verification is configured.

1. Versioned sections

2. Revision-specific correction proposals

Proposals target the selected release. Accepting a proposal creates a new release; it does not erase the original. Stale proposals require reconciliation. For attributed team review, use the invited collaboration workspace.

3. Protocol snapshot and integrity receipt

Freeze the selected release’s hypothesis and methods, retaining amendments as later snapshots. SHA-256 detects changes against a trusted digest; it does not prove authorship, immutable storage, or that data collection has not begun.

4. Reproducible local calculation

Open bounded Python workbench → — explicit inputs, cancellation and downloadable run records. Separate from the release-attached fixed calculation below.

Run the fixed sample-summary algorithm in a Web Worker with a timeout. Input, digest, algorithm identifier, result, and exact release are retained. This is not arbitrary Python/R execution or independent replication.

5. Evidence relationships and discovery

Inspect source passages, import references, and prepare an evidence search →

Review recorded dependencies and source notices →

Related records are candidates, not verified support or refutation. Existing checks are on demand; model-based semantic indexing remains unconfigured.

Export, verify, and restore

Restoration replaces the local workbench record. Export your current work first. This does not alter account drafts, the invited library, or public research records.
