ASTRA’s earlier institutional-platform exploration has been superseded. The current plan focuses on three tasks: capture notes from existing tools, keep editable files and snapshots local, and flag dependencies for review.

The local runtime is a developer preview. Existing hosted projects remain in the hosted workspace; no automatic migration or institutional compliance approval is claimed.
